I assembled existing product sources, screenshots and a functional brief. A Linear reference can supply context, but ticket creation is not an automatic step proven for every specification.
GetOut Documentation & SpecificationsFrom a product need to a developer-ready document.
I structured a reusable specification system: existing sources, screen-by-screen journeys, business rules and edge cases, then Markdown → branded HTML → PDF. AI assists drafting; decisions and review remain human.
Explore the case study ↓I structured origin, inputs, maintained variables and transitions. The purpose is to give developers an explicit functional path instead of an isolated screenshot.
The template covers scope, permissions, dependencies, exceptional states and acceptance. I connect the business need to decisions the team can review before implementation.
The reusable Python pipeline converts Markdown into branded HTML and PDF, with local fonts and brand tokens. Drafting can be AI-assisted; functional judgement and final visual review remain human.
Two specifications and a product catalogue are documented deliverables. The progress journal explicitly leaves their new features to be built; generating a PDF does not prove product deployment.
The source folder contains a client leaflet in HTML/PDF and reusable brand conventions. I structure the content and presentation; these are reusable production aids, not an autonomous publishing factory.
The result and the next step.
Two specification documents, a product catalogue, a reusable PDF generator and a commercial leaflet are documented. Original files remain private. These documents are not proof that the specified features have shipped.
