I contributed to studies, dimensioning and costing, comparing technical and economic options with the stakeholders.
A clear technical file: installation assumptions, interfaces and choices to validate.
MobilityPlus / Deployment
I coordinated installers, clarified responsibilities, prepared interventions and followed progress, deadlines and deviations.
Project follow-up and reporting with Odoo and Excel, connected to the work on site.
MobilityPlus / Acceptance
I organised pre-acceptance actions, tracked reservations and their resolution, and prepared commissioning and useful handover information.
